Kawhi Leonard Backpack Giveaway

Kawhi Leonard requested 500,000 quality and affordable backpacks in 30 days, a feat that most people in promotions will tell you is impossible. The timeline made every hour critical and logistics of the utmost importance.
 
Asked to project manage the effort, we led vendor selection, budget, quality control testing, order placement, payment and worked with the vendor and an outside logistics company to get the items off the boat at customs within hours and distributed to the 1,000 schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District, all in time for school to start.
 
The backpack giveaway received tremendous national press including a write-up in Sports Illustrated about the procurement process.

49ers Snoop Dog Halftime

Asked to develop a truly memorable halftime for the 49ers Inaugural Game at Levi's Stadium, we booked Snoop Dog and a local hip hop dance group to perform, directed all tech, hospitality and staging needs and served as live event producer for the performance.

The Boston Marathon

The Boston Marathon was always a high-profile event, but it was even more so the year after the tragic bombing.
 
As event manger for running, we led Adidas' on-site brand presence including working with the Boston Athletic Association on course branding and building out the activation space that included a signature wall to engage participants and innovative" runners wheels" for runners to try on and try out the new Adidas Boost.

Anchored by the innovative wheels, the Adidas activation drove 1 million on-site impressions and $3.4 millions in sales, a 125% YOY increase.

The Playbook

The LA Clippers annual "State of the team" event was a chance for ownership and executives to discuss on and off the court news with season ticket holders and sponsors while providing a selling opportunity to prospective members. This news included the first appearances of star players like Kawhi Leonard and Paul George and the unveiling of the new LA Clippers Inglewood Stadium.

As project managers, we overaw all aspects of the event including venue selection, fan communication & RSVP's, executive talent and fan hospitality, security, parking and other event logistics, stage set & live production and all budgeting. 

These events not only drew capacity crowds of 2,000+ and drove local headlines, they paid for themselves through driving six figure sales from the on-site prospecting receptions.

LA Clippers Hoop Days

Developed a mobile interactive experience that roamed the greater LA market engaging fans. These monthly activations were mini parties with our entertainment teams and fan ambassadors on-site to help fans get a taste of the LA Clippers brand.
